Dear God
Thank you so much for giving me the most beautiful baby boy in the world. Thank you for blessing me. I want to be the best Mom possible. A Mom my son deserves and wants. I promise to love him, nurture him and protect him. To cherish him forever. I know I will make mistakes along the way but give me the ability to correct them and make them better. Let my son grow up to be a good man, find his soulmate and just have a happy and healthy life. Grow old and look back and think 'I had a good life and a loving Mother that was there for me when I needed her and encouraged me when I was scared to try new things.' And just know that I loved him always. So thank you for answering my prayer for someone to love and love me back.

That was so sweet!!! Thank you for sharing!! I watched a video on godvine.com recently of a woman who's baby was born with cleft-palate lips and eyes. So the baby had no eyes and was therefore blind. Her faith in God was very strong and even though they had a lot of adversity with people having adverse reactions to just looking at her kid, she was very thankful for her sweet boy. It really made me stop and think about how I've been taking my little blessing for granted as well. He is in good health and there are so many people I know who cannot even have a baby. God certainly knows how to bless us with the love another and the love of His own. :-)

That is the same way I feel about my daughter. I have been thanking god for her ever since I found out she was on the way. My mother says god sends you a baby when it is your time to have one so if he send him to you he must have already equipped you with what you need to care for him. Bless you both
