sleep problems

I have 10 month old son and at night normally have to get him to fall asleep in my arms and than go lay him in his crib. He use to fall asleep fine and now soon as u leave the room he wakes right up and starts screming. Hes been doing it almost every night. I change his diaper, feed him, given him tylenol for the teething. Ive done everything even put a night light in the room to see if that helps.
