Your biggest parenting challenge so far

My son has asthma really bad, and has been admitted to the hospital many times because of it.
His food allergies (all dairy products and wheat flour etc.) is challenging, because if he eats or drinks the wrong thing it will trigger his asthma and make him very sick.
