A month ago I fell down the stairs while holding my daughter and she got a broken leg. Through the healing and the casts she was not sleeping at all. Now the cast is off and she is still waking every hour all night long. HELP! How do I break this habbit?

After having a difficult pregnancy, 38 hours of labor and a c-section I have experienced the added insult to injury of not having enough milk. The doctor says it may be because my body went through so much.
