Baby waking up early

My 5 month old has been waking up between 8 & 9 for roughly the past two months......but out of nowhere for no apparent reason she has been waking up at 7am instead.....anyone else going through this? why is it happening? And how can I get her to wake up at 8/9 again?

"Gradually lower the amount of formula or breast milk your giving him when he wakes up in the middle of the night until your not giving him anything at night, maybe he's waking up because he knows he'll get food....if he's still waking…"
