my4babes said… - That's alot to be stressed out about. Have you looked into any support groups in your area? Or even mommy and me groups? Someplace where you can get out and breath and talk to another adult. Contact your local hospital or health dept they should be able to help.

- I had the blues with all of mine. I have 4 kids, almost 11, 8, 3 and 6 weeks. I had pp depression with 2. The blues will go away in time. I found that getting out of the house, even just a walk for fresh air, helped alot. Allow yourself to cry if you feel like crying or whatever emotion it happens to be. If you still feel this was at your 6 week check-up talk to your MD. I'm just starting to feel normal. My first OB said..."You spent 40 weeks building up hormones to have your baby and within a matter of hours there gone. Your not supposed to feel normal" Add no sleep and feeling like we have to care for everyone. Give yourself a break girl and keep your chin up. You just did the most amazing thing....You had a beautiful baby girl!!!
