Our365 Photo Contest Rules

1. Photos may only be uploaded by Parent or Legal Guardian. By submitting a photo, parent or legal guardian grants Our365 staff the right to publish submitted photo(s), with or without child's name, city, and any captions submitted on any Our365 website and/or in the Our365 e-newsletter. Slight photo alterations may be made by our staff in order to fit our site or email newsletters properly.

2. The Our365 Contest is judged by Our365 staff members and associated freelancers. Photos are judged with no discrimination towards sex, race, or age. All decisions are final.

3. Photos with nudity or children depicted in a derogatory or dangerous position will not be accepted. Our365 reserves the right to remove any photograph that they deem unacceptable.

4. This contest is for home snapshots. Please do not submit professional photography.

5. Winners will be announced after winning photo has been selected. Winners will be informed via email

Our contests are void where prohibited by law. The contestants assume the total responsibility of knowing that they reside in a state that prohibits photo contests and are subject to any local, state or national laws. Our365 accepts no responsibility for making these individual legal determinations.
