Comment by tonya perna on April 5, 2013 at 9:43am you actually don't want to cut down on your food intake, you want to eat several smaller meals and snacks. (i.e. instead of 3 large meals eat 6 small meals and 2 snacks), this helps balance your blood sugar and metabolism and helps you avoid the crash. I know it will seam like your eating all the time, but it works.
Hey everyone! ok so, i had my son in aug of 2012. i was 135 pre-pregnancy weight & was 186 four days before i had him. i ended up with an unplanned c-section & have not been able to lose hardly any of my baby weight. i have been stuck at around 155 for a while & it bothers me. i tried going to the gym with my best friend, eating healthier, drinkin water, cutting back on junk food etc. I need help or any suggestions as to what to try. I think im goin to start taking ACE......
