Week 6: Letting Go of the Guilt
1) Post your update in the Week 6 discussion and see how other moms (and Our365 Host Amanda!) are doing.
2) Try this week's "Mini Challenge" to learn how to let go of the guilt and get back on track after overindulging at a Christmas or New Year's Eve. This week, pledge to take action (even a quick mental check-in) each day to keep yourself on track. Seeing how others avoid letting splurges send them reeling can help you stay more in control.
BEFORE YOU START: Consult your doctor before beginning a weight-loss or exercise program - most docs advise waiting until after 6 weeks postpartum. If you're breastfeeding, be sure you're consuming enough calories and nutrients to keep up your milk supply.
