I got this recipe from the website kevinandamanda.com. Made the recipe as cupcakes for my son's birthday and they were a hit! I made both mini cupcakes and full size, which I recommend; they're pretty rich, so some people might just want a couple of…Continue

Comment by Katie, Mom365 Host on April 19, 2013 at 11:28am Would you ever buy a celebrity cookbook like Gwyneth Paltrow's new ... If so, who would you like to see write one? I bet Jennifer Garner cooks some tasty and healthy meals; I always see photos of her at the farmers' market.
Comment by Katie, Mom365 Host on December 4, 2012 at 7:01pm I made the mac & cheese recipe that's posted above. It was ok, a little bland though! Would be good with some spice, like crushed red pepper, and maybe some veggies thrown in, like broccoli, red peppers, green beans, maybe black olives. Anyone else try it? It's supposedly the Food Network's more requested recipe.

Comment by KaylieneO on July 23, 2012 at 4:39pm Don't know if anyone has tried this before but Banana ice cream is a great dairy free no sugar added dessert for little kiddies and mommies alike! my 10 month old LOVES banana ice cream and she eats it when we are eating ice cream and it makes her feel like she is part of the group.
Just freeze some cut up bananas and then stick them in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy and ice cream consistency.
Sometimes, I add a little juice if it is not blending smoothly.
Here is a post someone wrote about this banana ice cream if you would like to read more:

Comment by Katie, Mom365 Host on July 20, 2012 at 6:04pm I just made this chocolate zucchini bread. Pretty tasty, but I'm wishing I had added the optional chocolate chips. Recipe makes 2 loaves, but I halved it.
Comment by Katie, Mom365 Host on July 10, 2012 at 5:24pm Does anyone know of any savory recipes involving salted pecans? We have a bag nearing its expiration date, and I can only think of pecan pie and tarts.
Comment by Katie, Mom365 Host on July 9, 2012 at 7:37pm Tonight I want to try making caesar salad on the grill. Doesn't that sound good, grilled romaine and chicken? I'll let you know how it works out!
