Hello everyone. I have not logged on a for awhile but hello to everyone! ;) My son will be 2 yrs. old in Dec. and I'm in the process of looking for childcare. I would appreciate if anyone could recommend locations that are affordable and caring. Thank you!

Hello Orlando Moms, I'm a mom with a 5 year old girl and 19 month old boy. I live near Hunters Creek area and getting ready to enroll my youngest in childcare. Anyone knows of a great affordable center in this area?

Hi Winsome! I hope your little one is getting better in gas and fussiness a hopefully allowing mommy to sleep and get some rest. I used to give my son every day anise seed tea. I would make it myself. You can buy a big pot of it in the Bravo Supermarkets for about $7. This was a recommendation from my mom and grandma (it's typical in Brazil where I am from to give that to newborns). If you are willing to try it, I sure hope it helps =)
Kids events that are coming up I know of two:
1. Disney marathon will happen in January. It's $10 for the diaper dash marathon. This will be my first time trying it out.. a friend of mine told me about it. They are about 95% full so act fast and sign up:

2. Ringling Bros and Barnum and Bailey Circus will also be in town in January. There is a link that you can enroll your baby before 1yr old and they will mail you a voucher for a free ticket in the mail:
