hi my name is candis, i am a mother of 3 wounderful children 2 girls and a boy... angel is my oldest she is 9 will be 10 in sept 28th, shaniba aka niba just turnd 4 march 1st, and my son alberto jr is 4 months old he will be 1 dec 11th... i live in the se portland area i love to be with my kids/family... i would rather be with my kids than go out and party so i dont have verry many friends i see on a daily bases...

I am down to meet!  My little guy is only 4 months but I'd love to meet some other mommies and future playmates for him.  I live in SE Portland but am willing to drive to meet.  Anyone else wanna join?

I think it would be fun to meet up!  I live in Tigard, right near the new Progress Ridge shopping center.  There is an indoor play place called Play Boutique, that is going to be opening in the next couple of weeks.  That could be an option if anyone is up for it.  It will have the play area and a cafe inside.  Any thoughts or other ideas?

There's also the zoo, Portland Children's Museum, Safari Sam's in Sherwood, Outdoors In in Hillsboro, local libraries (which offer great, free early childhood classes) and lots of parks in the metro area.  Just some ideas :)

Hi Oregon Moms!

I live in Newberg (30 miles SW of Portland) and my daughter Emma is 4 months old - born in June 2011.  I'm starting over again... I also have 3 older children (ages 22, 16 & 14 and they live w/ their dad & at college).  I look forward to connecting with moms with little ones again.  Most of my friends have teenagers, so having a baby really changes things! 

I love being a mom of a baby again.  I also care for another little girl that is 2 days younger than my daughter. She comes over 3 days a week.  It makes me thankful that I don't have twins!

My favorite local children's clothing store - Fletcher's for Children.  They have been around for 33 years and are just an overall great place to shop. --- For getting out of the house and play, I will be taking my son to a neighborhood park called Arrowhead Park, just half a mile away from home.  We should be able to walk there.
