Hi Everyone! My name is Laila and  I am a mommy to a 3 month old baby girl. I am a single mother and a working mother. This is my first baby so everything is a new experience! :)

Hello Miami mommies, my son Gabriel Alexander turns 6 months on the 30th of December. It is amazing how time flies by so quickly. I capture his growth through pictures of him almost daily.  I love photography! He is going to be sick of looking at pictures when he is older, but he will thank me one day!

 

It was difficult the first 4 1/2 months as he would wake up every 3-4 hours. Now he sleeps from 8:30pm to 6am... I'm so relieved!!!!!

Single 4 month male seeks like-minded play date.  I enjoy long walks in  my stroller, laughing out loud, and candlelight meals at mommy's breast.  I live in the Tamiami airport area and am willing to travel short distances.  Join me in music class in January or swimming lessons in Feb. or just meet me at a local park.

Hi everyone My name is Mariela and I'm a 20yo FTM to a wonderful little Rainbow baby named Mia Jeanette. She was born June 11th 2011 at 37 weeks due to a pprom at 29w. She is my happy little jumping bean :) Can't wait to share more with you ladies!

Hi, I'm Rhoda-Ann. I'm a proud first time mom. My 9 week old son Seth was born June 9, his due date was June 24. I had an emergency C-section. Seth has completly captured my heart, I love him soooooo much.

Hi janet2203, it is definitely tough to leave your little ones and go back to the grind, so I sympathize. I feel lucky that my work let me go back part-time after my son was born; it made it a lot easier. Have you checked out the group Working Moms? There are a lot of members there who are going through the same thing and it's a great source of support. Hang in there....

Hey ladies I am broken hearted that I am starting work on Monday after being home with my three month old. I have 2 other boys and the thought of going back to work and leaving them kills me. Can someone give me a word of advice? Im so emtional about leaving them. Thank you Janet

Local Tip: The public library system is currently checking out Museum Passes, which are FREE and good for entrance for a family of four to one of the following: Zoo Miami, Miami Children's Museum, Miami Art Museum, Miami Science Museum, Fairchild Tropical Gardens, Deering Estate or History Miami.  In some cases, just by checking out a museum pass you can save $80 in entrance fees.

I am obsessed with gymboree and baby gap for both my 1 year old prince and my 5 year old princess! In Miami the #1 hot spot to take your kids to in my opinion is "Cool de Sac" in Dolphin Mall! It's absolutely worth every penny! I love the fact that their food is health conscious for kids, it's incredibly delicious and they're the only place i know of that has a natural baby food puree (carrots/orange) in their menu! LOOOOOVE THIS PLACE!
