Just joining in the diversity fun.  Our 21 month old has a Mommy from Venezuela and a Daddy from Vienna, Virginia.  It is fun to visit Grandma's in Venezuela and also because most of the baby's cousins live in Caracas as well as uncles and aunts.  Dad's side of the family lives now in Indiana, we love going there too.  It is a great combination and we love it :)

Hello everyone,

My name is Sandra and I have 3 kids.  Samuel(8), Joseph(2), and Savanna(1).  All my children and mixed with half white and half Asian Indian.  I live in Spring Hill Florida and have for 1 year now.  I have been married for 9 years now.  I have been to India 2 times and this year is going on 3 in December.  I love it there and the people are very nice.  Hubbies family is great too.  No one from hubbies side is near us now.  Just thought I would introduce myself and look forward to making new friends.

Hello, I am African American and my son's father is Ghanaian from Ghana. We became prego last year in Spain. We are seperatted due to his inability to visit the US. I am very proud of my son and hope to be able to teach him about the Ghanaian culture. I also wish to travel someday. Unfortunately there does not seem to be a lot of sources for communicating with other Ghanaian women. I have met many peoples from Africa and just one from Ghana. I am excited about this site and hope to meet other moms. Thanks

We have a 20 month old son and a 4 month old daughter. I am Korean American and my husband is French. We've been very lucky in that our child raising philosophies are similar and haven't had any huge disagreements so far. It will be interesting to see how that goes once both kids are in school.

My son is five months old. No, we don't have cultural problems since we both are big on scientific methods so we go by the book and follow the latest in research. We had a problem with my mom who was here for the first three months because she wanted to do it old school:) How about you?
