Hello Florida mommies! I live in the Redneck Riviera aka the Panhandle. I did see that there is a group for Panama City Beach moms but we are about an hour away from there so I figured I should join the state group instead. Always looking for new friends to chat with and share mommy tips.

Hi I am not a florida mother but it was suggested to me to ask some advice from all of you who are. I am planning my first family vacation to FL in january and i have a 5 month old daughter. I live in new england so our climate is very different so I was looking for any advice on things that you find helpful that I should bring with me or buy upon arrival and also any kind of family places to go that would be good for both me and my husband but most importantly our 5 month old daughter bella. Any advice you have is greatly appreciated to help us make this vacation as fun and comfortable for her as possible.

Hey Moms!  If you live in the Broward area than you should check out Plantation Woods.  It is free and has a zero depth water park and 2 regular parks all in one place.  It also has some pavilions to eat under and alot of large trees where you can put a blanket down and enjoy the breeze.

Hi Florida Moms, If you are in the New Port Richey area, I recommend Starkey Park for an outing, and also Florida Aquarium for little ones getting on their feet, great little water park for them to cool off in this Florida Heat!! :)

Infant Massage Class at Mercy Hospital in Miami is a fantastic class. It allows you to bond with baby, learn tecniques you can use through the years and it's a grfeat way to bond and share tips and stories with other moms.
