Comment by Becoming SuperMommy on March 26, 2012 at 5:54pm Hi there! I'm new to this site, but not to university life.
I started going to college when I was 15. Now, almost 13 years later, I'm finally looking at GRADUATING.
I wish I could blame parenthood for my inability to finish before now, but my twins are only two and a half years old. Rather, it's just that I never felt motivated to actually finish anything. I just wanted to learn, who needed a piece of paper? But now?
Here's a little about my attitude towards college and toddlers:

Comment by Katie M on December 13, 2011 at 11:55am I want to go volunteer at our local animal shelter, but am trying to wait until I have some free time and am a little less pregnant, so maybe this Spring! Good luck on the rest of your finals!
Comment by chelsea johnson on December 13, 2011 at 9:31am yeah me too! ive always liked animals but this will be my first time working in a shelter. i was looking for another dog but i know i cant afford it so i think it's best for me to just share my love with the dogs that don't have owners.
Comment by Katie M on December 12, 2011 at 10:08pm Yay for animals! My major is Veterinary Technology so it's kinda funny that you said that lol.. I have 12 hours next semester, but I will be home by noon every day except Wednesday. I'm looking forward to a lighter load, *finally*!
Comment by chelsea johnson on December 12, 2011 at 2:54pm mine are tuesday wednesday and thursday and i CANNOT WAIT until they are over with. i think i overdid myself with the 3 night classes. next semester i only have to take two classes a week and the bio is a class and a lab in one night. that'll be much better for me and the kids. plus ill have time to volunteer at my local animal shelter! lol
Comment by Katie M on December 12, 2011 at 1:07pm It's not like we can just come home and "leave work at work." School comes home with us, whether we like it or not.. this is why I agree with you, Chelsea!
