Hi 30 something Moms. How is everyone doing? Has any of you had problems with your baby not wanting to eat? When I first started my 10 moth old daughter on solids, she did not seem to have a problem until a couple of moths ago. She will not eat her gerber foods from the jar but she will finish her formula with no problems. She had an appointment a doctor who suggested that I thicken her formula because she hasn't gained a whole lot of weight since she was born (she is considered below the normal weight range for her age). She seems to eat very well for my mom and my husband but gets scared if I feed her. Has anybody else had this problem?

Hey there all of you 30 something Moms. My name is Anna and my husband and I had our first child on September 11,2011 named Kaitlyn Nicole. It has been a great year so far and it is so fun to learn more and more about her as she discovers herslef and her surroundings. She is doing very well developmentally and the only problem I am having at the current moment is trying to get her off of her bottle and on to a sippy cup. Just like most of you my husband and myself decided to have a baby last year while we were still young enough to be able to do all of the fun things she will be wanting to do such as playing on the floor with her and other physical things that she will want to do as she gets older. It will be great to have discussions with other moms my age that know what it's like. Take Care! :)

Hello All,
I'm 32 and me and my husband just had our first child in March. Her name is Grace Eternity and she is the most beautiful baby. LBVS... I love being a new mom but sometimes wonder if we waited too late. I do want one more child but before I turn 35. I think we will try for one more when Grace turns 15 to 18 months. Do you think that’s too soon?

hi my name is nicole H and am 36 and also just had my first baby girl Stefani Mae H. its a little ruff but getting their. she makes alot of baby noise and movement. also eats alot like her daddy (: love being a mom and looking forward to meeting and talking to other moms !

Hello All,
I am on the downhill slide towards 40 (3 yrs to go). I just had my first babe in August 2011. Best experience ever. I do agree with noahsmommy2011 that it is harder on the body as you get older. But the difference between being a mommy in your 30s versus earlier is worlds apart. I don't know about that from my own experience but rather from talking to all of my friends who had babies much earlier in life. Needless to say my hubby and I did all of the crazy stuff we wanted to while first married (for 5 years before DS came along) so we are in this parenthood thing 100%!
