When I was expecting my boys, I didn't get morning sickness, per se—I was just in this constant state of, like, sub-nausea all the time. I had to chew gum CONSTANTLY to feel vaguely human. Sour sucking candies helped too. But mostly I relied on gum.

What did/do you do to get relief?

My most recent pregnancy, I lost five lbs in three weeks because my morning sickness made it impossible to eat. My doctor was concerned and told me to take Ambien every night. Yes, ambien. She said that something in it made the symptoms of morning sickness more tolerable. And it did! I took Ambien every night before bed from 9 weeks along to about 15 weeks, when my morning sickness finally subsided. It provided some much-needed relief, and has been the only thing I've tried that has worked for me.
Whoops, I meant Unisom, not Ambien! I knew it was a sleeping pill. Sorry if I caused some confusion!
I did this too! It works like a charm! Low dose Unisom in orange pack!
Mine was lemons and grapefruit. Any other fruit made me sick too. I could put that lemon in to help with the smell of stuff that made me sick. Eating a lemon or grapefruit helped settle my tummy. I had morning sickness the whole time I was pregnant. I took an over the counter heartburn pill my doctor said was okay. That way the acid wouldn't bother me if it did. Peppermint gum and peppermint candies helped too! Peppermint is great for headaches as well!
I had severe "morning sickness" for five months... morning, noon, and night!  I tried everything (or so I thought- wish I had known the Ambien trick!).  Only two things really worked for me... One was cola syrup.  It's the base of Coke or Pepsi, and they have it behind the counter at the pharmacy.  That worked better than anything, but has caffeine, so I only used it once in a while.  The other thing that worked were the Preggie Pops they sell at Babies R Us.  I went through boxes of those!  There are also prenatal vitamins designed to help with morning sickness.
It's Unisom!!!
I used the sea-bands (used for sea sickness and other things). they are sold at drug stores for around $10 and they look kinda dorky mine were baby blue and looked like tennis wristbands. It didnt help 100% but it did make things more tolerable.

I had to change some habits, like jumping up out of bed in the morning and rushing to get ready for work. That always made me sick. I had to make sure to let myself wake up naturally (if possible; I started doing later shifts) and laying in bed for awhile before getting up (this will probably not work if you have other children, lol) then I just kept a little snack next to my bed, some trail mix/granola bar or something, and a glass of water, and ate that, stayed in bed a little longer, then got up and did my morning routine. I rarely had severe morning nausea if I did that.

I think the key for me was the chewing gum/sucking on candies, and generally  just making sure I ate small, light meals throughout the day. It was always worse when I was on an empty stomach, or too full.

With my little girl I was in the hospital so many times I ended up with home nursing care.  I was taking the same drugs they give cancer patients for nausea through my IV.  I still couldn't eat and I tried everything.  This time around they started right off giving me the pill forms of the things I was taking before.  I don't like feeling like a walking pharmacy. I've still lost about 10 lbs but I'm able to drink water and most days I can still eat. Even with as awful as my first pregnancy was, I got the best little girl out of it and here I am again.  In the end the result is worth whatever you have to go through to get there.

I wore sea bands too.  totally dorky but they took the edge off the nausea so i could focus on work a bit better.  it was funny because early in my pregnancy, before i had told anyone from work that i was pregnant, we did a boat tour of a project site.  our project manager noticed my sea bands and just assumed i wore them for sea-sickness.  the next day he noticed me wearing them with a suit at a meeting, which made him wonder a bit.  i think i ended up sharing my news with him about 2 weeks later and we had a good chuckle over my fabulous fashion statement.
My best morning sickness remedy was giving birth!  ha!  Sadly, I'm not joking.  Nothing fixed it - and I tried everything.  I was so sick all the time.  Zofran made it so I didn't throw up constantly, but I was sick every day until Molly was born.  It got better over time (never OK, though), but it was seriously so miserable that we are considering not having another child.  It was THAT bad...  People said I'd forget it.  Those people clearly didn't understand the agonizing time I endured for nine months.

My morning sickness was so bad, I never found a home remedy. The only rememdy was when it got to the point I couldn't keep anythind down for 24+ hours (this happened three times) and went to the hospital for an IV. That made me feel better for a few days. I lost weight for almost the whole first half of my pregnancy. So the only advice I can offer here is, remember to go to the hospital if you can't eat or drink for 24 hours. Re hydration is the only cure, and sometimes that's the only way you can get it without it coming back up.
