What's the best season to give birth?

My son, Hudson, was born on 11/7/11. I would have another November baby! It was wonderful to have him for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I am a nurse, and had scheduled 12 weeks medical leave. It just so happened that one of the physicians I work for had to have surgery. I ended up being off work from 11/3/11-3/6/12. It was wonderful to be able to stay home during the winter, not have to drive home in the dark due to daylight savings. There was no stress of working around the holidays.

For me the best season to have a baby is the one you are blessed with :) I like to think of it like this: If I had gotten pregnant the month before, or the month after, or any other month than I did, I wouldn't have the child I have, and since he's the one I got I couldn't imagine having a different one. Although I do have to say I feel quite lucky that the boy we're expecting is due right around our son's 2nd birthday. Going to make for much cheaper birthday parties only having one a year! That was very lucky for you, I hope you get what works best for you again :)

I LOVED having spring babies! I was pregnant throughout the winter and not in the icky heat! Also, it's a cute age for their first Christmas :)
