Weaning my 21 month old twins

I exclusively bf my twins until they were 6 months old. I then introduced them to baby foods & solids as they got older but still bf them on demand when they asked for it. I got them down to bf only at nighttime but now I want to cut out nighttime because I want my life back and they also use me a paci. We also co sleep. Are there any suggestions out there for me?

For me, the hardest part is separating co-sleeping from free access to the boob all night. I'm going to have to kick my daughter out of our bed soon if we can't stop the all-night-nursing.
