Hi :) since babies are hardly picky go with steamed veggies in bite sizes for him/her. If u go out to park and need a healthy "to go" snack take an avocado unpeeled and spread it on crackers. Cooked veggie pastas are a good idea and the ideal finger food. Cooled down beans. Blueberries heated in microwave with a tiny bit of water to make a sauce and mix with vanilla or plain yogurt.
My son loves fruit loops and hot dogs, cut up steamed carrots ect. If you go to a Walmart they have a bunch of toddler pick ups. Or giant eagle.

Cheerios, Goldfish (they make whole grain goldfish!), cheese cubes or string cheese, yogurt.  I also just started buying cottage cheese and one of those big bags of frozen berries.  The berries take 20 minutes to de-thaw if you just leave some in a bowl on the counter.  I mix the berries in the cottage cheese.  Guess you can do the same and mix the berries with a plain yogurt - greek is healthiest.  You can use the berries for a healthy snack for yourself as well - just add them to a bowl of cereal or vanilla frozen yogurt!  Of course, we also do the gerbers' cheese puffs and all the pricey stuff that the kiddos love in the baby aisle.
