Poop from the Pull-ups / Panties to the Potty!!
Does anyone have advice on how to get my 2 year old to even attempt to poop in the potty. She will tell me when she has to pee-pee potty as she politely says it but when it comes to the other she will just stand and get watery eyed, if I see her eyes watering I will get her and place her on the pot but that stops the process. Please, any advice is very much welcome.

My daughter is very regular with her BM, so I kind of know when she needs to go. So when she sits on the potty, I try to distract her by sitting in front of her and sing songs with her or tell her stories. Sometimes it takes a good 10 minutes but then all of a sudden, she just start going.

Oh yeah, and we have 'special poop stickers' too, that she gets when she poops on the toilet. She loves stickers and is very proud of showing them off to Daddy. I've read that other people give M&M's or a little toy. For us, stickers worked well.

We're having the same issue. My son is great at peeing on the potty, but he always poops in his undies, ugh. It's only been a week for us though, so I guess I'm just going to keep working on it. One thing that helps get him to sit on the potty is the iPad, he loves that Talking Tom app, and once he did sit there playing with the cat long enough to go poop. Maybe you can sit with your daughter and read books or look at videos?

We are in the same boat. I've tried the tablet movies, games, sitting with my lo, stickers, m&m's and nothing has worked. My lo has had several days where she only uses the potty but not #2yet. I am just waiting a little longer. Good Luck. My lo's pedi suggested a 20min egg timer. I tried it. Set the timer and when it goes off take her to bathroom at that second.

We took her diaper off and had the bathroom set up for her tp set and kept telling her big girls go potty so no more diapers. She pooped one on her panties and Hated it from then on she yelled potty! poo poo in the potty, it became a song. My son we trained the same process was a week or do but then done :0) hope it helps

How is the potty training going? My little one will not pee in her pants but still refuses #2 in the potty. We have tried everything. So any advice would be great. We even put her in daycare to see if being around other kids would help... NOPE
