Looking for play dates and friends....
Hi, I am looking for play dates for my kids. I am also looking to make friends for myself as well, I will be honest I have none. Being a mommy of 4 all my other friends who don't have kids don't come around anymore. Just looking for two families to come together and be good friends for kids and selves.

Hi Moms. I'm in CA, so not near any of you either, but with the marvels of technology we can e-mail and/or chat to keep each other company. I do have friends and family nearby, and they are great, but you can never have too many friends. Anyway, I also think it's nice to chat w/ people that have a newborn, and are going through some of the same things I am right now. My best friend's children are a 2 and 4 years older than my 5 month old daughter, and even though that doesn't seem too old, I think she forgets exactly when different stages start and stop sometimes.
Anyway, I have been back at work, full time, since my daughter was 3 months old. She is doing great, and I am happier than I could have ever imagined being.
However, there are little frustration along the way that I would love to vent sometimes, and I would be happy to hear out anyone else.
