I had my son 4 months ago(4/11/2012) and since then I have suffered from intense tension headaches or at least that's what my doctor called them! I've had them before but NEVER this bad. Has anyone else experienced this or have any tips to help find relief?!

My sister has this problem. She was told the same thing. Check your blood pressure periodically, even during the head aches. Hers was stress and blood pressure, which led to tense face muscles and they caused head aches. She even tried botox on the creases between eyebrows. That was a temp fix.
I am getting tension head ached prego. Dr said get someone to massage me and/or a warm bath.
Did you have an epidural?

I heard of this with the epidural. Causing migraines for up 6 months, i think its from like leaking spinal fluid? But that can be a side effect

I took a 5mg  flexeril it worked wonders :)

you may also be grinding your teeth when you sleep.

My stress Headaches are : stress, tmj(grinding teeth)

I had a few migraine headaches around that time after I had my daughter. It was when I started having my periods again and my doctor thought they were caused by hormones, etc. He said going back on birth control (one that was safe for me since i was breastfeeding) could even things out. I really didn't want to go back on any kind of hormones so I waited it out and each month got a little better until they were gone on their own. I hope this helps!
