You and me both... I wish somebody would invent a machine that could melt your fat and squish your skin back to perfection.

The way I was able to lose weight is by cutting down on portion size. I didn't change WHAT I ate, I just ate LESS of it. A lot less! I probably cut everything in half. So if I wanted to eat pasta, I had pasta. Just half the amount I would normally have. I understand it's difficult to do that when you get meals on the go but now, when I stop at McD, instead of getting the 5-piece chicken strips and a regular-sized fries, I get the 3 piece, with a small-size fries. I'm still doing this today and it has become more a way of eating than a diet, which is why I didn't regain the 30 pounds I lost. That was about a year ago and I'm still happy with my weight. Although, I don't have any advice on how to 'squish your skin back to perfection'... But I'd love to hear about it if someone has any ideas on that one! LOL

I know how you feel.. Well somewhat i only have one son though and he is only 17 months, but with my demanding job it is hard to keep him happy, spend time with him, and do all the other chores. But luckily i found somewhere close by that does mma (mixed martial arts) which is pretty tough but i love it! it is only an hour long and on m-w-f! very convenient because it is open from 6am-12am and they have a class every hour. its a local business too so it isnt as expensive. i am taking the kick boxing class i have toned down a lot! although the scale says i have gained weight it is all my muscle! i highly suggest something that is pretty hard if you like a challenge. kick boxing is the hardest thing i have ever done. but i love it and no i do not fight with anyone they only do that stuff with the ones who compete

I'm still breastfeeding my 1 year old son and started gaining weight back. I had to do something! I started doing the body by vi shakes. I never thought I would be successful at it but it's been really easy and they are awesome! They have non-gmo soy so they won't mess with your estrogen levels. They will also provide the vitamins and minerals for your milk. You can order at www.slowens.bodybyvi.com . You can add fruit, a little peanut butter, ice cubes, low fat milk, anything you like. You can determine the calories in each shake by what you add to the base
