I need some help on how to clear baby acne! Please help :( .

Do you breastfeed? Sounds gross, but I put breastmilk on my son's acne and it seemed to clear it up. Otherwise, just try to keep her face dried off as much as possible. If she's drooling a lot the saliva will cause her to break out around her mouth.

No I dont breastfeed and yea its probably from her salvia because she's going through her teething stage.
