I was recently reading some tips on how to make going back to work after little one easier.  One of the tips was to 'ease back into it'- go back for a few hours, then go back for half a day/week- something like that.

Do you have a plan to 'ease' back into work or are you going to have to jump back in all at once?  Do you think it's easier to ease into it, or just start in on the 'new' normal full force?
