Did Sandy ruin your Halloween plans?

Totally selfish, I know, but I am happy to report that my town's police department just issued a statement saying that trick-or-treating will be allowed from 6-8 p.m. tomorrow. I was really sad to think that we wouldn't get to go out at all because of all of the downed trees.
