Diaper Rash cream for baby with a sensitive bottom?

My little man's booty started getting a lil red so I put some cream on it and now he has bumps all over his bottom like he broke out.  What cream would help his rash without breaking him out?

My son has VERY sensitive skin...  When he broke out like that the dr told us to put cortisone cream on it 3 times a day until it cleared up.  When it is just red (no bumps) I use baby aquafor!  It is wonderful!  The aquafor is what help clear him up when he got exzema over 80% of his body from being alergic to a formula!  Hope this helps!!

ill try it thanks!

otherwise try vaseline.  I use vaseline when my son's bottom is red..and this prevents bad diaper rash from starting.

lanolin!

We use that stuff called anti monkey butt. It has calamine lotion in it, I think that helps. Could always try that too

Bag Balm.
I use Boudreaux's Butt Paste. It has zinc and Peruvian balsam which are excellent skin healing agents. I'm a nurse and we have a wound care product with these ingredients. It works for major wounds, minor cuts, and of course, diaper rash. I even tell my patients to buy Butt Paste for adult incontinence.
Try A n D or A + D ointment. We have a three and a one month old. We have never had any rash that did not go away after a night or two.
We like lanasol. You get it at a pharmacy behind counter but w/o script. It is also used for bed sores. Boudreauz is good but something turns me off to something with boric acid in it. Boric acid isn't to be on you skin or private areas js. If it is really bad your Dr can't call in stuff that is good. But air is best. We would let my lo go naked for a while. Harder with newborns bc you don't know when they'll go but it's the best natural way.
migtht be called lanolin a pharmacist can help

My pediatrician gave us Calmoseptine to use on our little guys.  Works like a charm.  You can get it at most drug stores.  I pick it up at the local small ones.  If you go to a chain, you may have to ask for it behind the counter.  Good luck.

I have always used Vaseline. It clears it up fast and doesn't sting. It also creates a protective barrier to keep the area from getting worse. It also works great on windburn :)
