Did you exercise while pregnant? I kept hitting the gym during the first trimester, but then I got really busy and stopped going; I walked every day but that's about it. Now I'm a runner. If I get pregnant again, I'd like to think I'll keep running; a good friend is 6 months along and she still heads out for a jog two or three times a week.

I was under the impression that you could pretty much do any exercise you did before you were pregnant, but it makes sense that a lot of bouncing and jumping might not be the best idea.
