I dont really have problems with my daughter in the bath, she loves water. She'll want to get in the sink in the kitchen if there's water in it. The problem is when I try to wash her hair she'll scream, I have noticed that she will only do this if she gets water on her face. It happens during bath time and in the pool, I honestly don't know what to do about this. It is the same if I attempt to do the shower thing, it is also hard because I don't have anyone to help in the shower. I thought that she would have gotten better with this because she is 10 months now.

I have always put my daughter in the shower with me. We sit down on the floor and spash in the water, swat the water, blow it, and just make a game of bath time. I keep a tiny tea cup in there and she loves the shower. At 10 months I think we were still holding her in the shower. But if I give her a bath it's harder to rinse her hair. She is okay putting "bubbles" in her hair. So I use the shower wand. I think it will just take time. Maybe more showers, put toys in the shower and make a game. We always name each part as we wash it, right foot, left foot, etc.

My little one went through a phase of getting upset when we got water in his face.  Instead of rinsing his hair with a cup, I started using a washcloth and just wetting it and then wringing it out gently over his head.  That way less water comes out over his head at once.  We also work on holding his chin up so the water runs down his back instead of into his face.  That might not work as well for a little girl if her hair is very long, but it saved him some upsets.  Hope that helps.
