Baby sleep. My 4 month and 4 weeks old baby started to sleep through the all night.

HI I want to share  how my baby started to sleep through the night.

During the day I am not allowing him to sleep for a long period  1 our approx.  at 10:00 or 11:00 am then for few hours from 1:00 pm till -3 Pm, and another 1 hour between 6 or 7 pm when he is awake it is important him to be busy: between eating and sleeping he needs to play roll, cry sometimes . Do note hesitate to read a book for him or sing a song, teach him to roll watch him playing etc

Then by  8:30 or 9:00 pm  he is taking a bath for  approx.  30 minutes.  He is bathing in swim ring around his neck and it is so much fan,, watching him playing on his own in the water. The swim ring should be around the  neck.   The water temperature should be  no more then 100 F/37 then slowly  during the week  you can make a water cooler.  90 F/32 C Import to note that  I am poring a little baby lavender  bubbles in the bath tub, It helps him to relax. Then  with  lotion making some massage and feeding him before sleep. The room Temperature  should be aprox.68-70 F /18-20 C but baby needs to be worn warm.

Guess what  and my baby  is sleeping through the all night.  But please remember we need to be patient he will not change his schedule in 1 or two days you need  to wait at least a week to see the difference.

Sounds like you have a great schedule. I hope you're able to stick with it. I know that when my babies got to be about 6 months old their sleep schedule went crazy. Keep us posted on how it works out when he gets mobile and starts teething!

he he yea   can be true,, lets see,, no teething yet,,   OMG   I need to be ready,. .. better I

learn what to do before it started...

Very nice schedule. Thank you for the details! I wonder, do you co-sleep? I co-sleep with my 5mo old and she sleeps through the night and naps 3-4 times a day. If she begins to wake in the night I feed her and she is sound asleep again in seconds. She has her 2 bottom teeth already and I have seen no side effects from teething other than drooling and chewing toys and fingers during the day. I love reading about everyone's different techniques and experience. Thanks!
