This is going to sound weird, but feed him kitty litter. Just like the box says, 'absorbs odor'
You're welcome.

Sodium bentonite is often added as a clumping agent to traditional cat litters to create the “scoopable” clay litters on the market. Sodium bentonite acts like an expandable cement, which is why these litters should not be flushed: they swell to 15 to 18 times their dry size and can be used as grouting, sealing, and plugging materials.
Cats often lick themselves after using the litter box, ingesting pieces of the litter. If litter gets inside them, it expands just as it does in the plumbing.
Also, the dust from such litters can coat our cats’ lungs, leading to respiratory problems. The Hennepin Center for Poison Control in Minnesota has reported instances of poisoning in humans from chronic ingestion of sodium bentonite, so just imagine what effect it can have on our kitties!
Quartz silica (sand), the other ingredient in most clumping litters, is a known carcinogen for both humans and household pets when inhaled.
Call your child's dentist. Some will not see kids until 2 years of age. Maybe you can try a different type of toothpaste. Have you noticed any cavities or problem teeth? If so this will help you get your child to a dentist before the age of 2. Try to stay away from sweets, including juice.. this can promote cavities. You might want to increase the frequency of brushing and duration. My daughter loves to brush her teeth most everytime we go into her bathroom. It's almost like a routine. She washes her hands and brushes her teeth. Not in all bathrooms but hers.
Good Luck, Please don't try the kitty litter.
Permalink Reply by Bethany Ann, Star Mom on September 29, 2012 at 8:48pm That doesn't sound weird, that sounds downright dangerous! You know how they say to avoid changing kitty litter when pregnant? If they say that, why on earth would feeding it to a child be considered in any way a good idea?
Permalink Reply by Stephanie Ozuna on September 28, 2012 at 2:03pm Why in the world would anyone suggest to feed a baby kitty litter? Schedule a appointment with his pediatrician maybe he has some kind of infection? Schedule a dentist appointment as well, and see if they could find the root of cause.

Do not try the kittly litter unless you have a 100% medically certified trusted and well known Dr or dentist tell you that this is okay. I will bet money they will say NO and tell you this is very dangerous.

Permalink Reply by dentalgirl on September 29, 2012 at 2:26pm Take it easy gals, pretty sure April was being sarcastic...That being said, most bad breath and mouth odor comes from the tongue. There are millions of bacteria living and growing on our tongues. The best way to get rid of bad breath is to scrape and brush your tongue very good. It's never too early to floss, and also his diet could be affecting his breath as well.
