Permalink Reply by Jen, Mom365 Host on September 11, 2012 at 7:54pm Sleep is a tough thing. By 7 months she should be out of the phase when her days and nights are mixed up. I think maybe slowly adjusting your schedule by 15-20 minutes each day might help. Keep her up for 15 more minutes each day until you have her going to sleep at night instead of the afternoon.
