So i had a baby in April of this year and i have been struggeling to lose the weight. I lost 19 lbs all together after i had the baby but its like the weight loss just stopped in its tracks now and im having a hard time finding a easy way to lose it. Any suggestions?
Weight Watchers is great as it has the support incorporated with their program. If you don't want to join WW, try any online support group that has people working towards goals like you. Their goals may be different than yours but nonetheless, they are all working towards something. Get it girl!
Oh man! I've gone through this twice now...read here for tips I found helpful - http://lindsayslist.co/body-after-baby-lose-pregnancy-weight/
Just a word of encouragment - You CAN get to where you want to be. Ask for help, workout with baby, watch your macros...you can do it!
Almost a year now since I had my twin boys and I still have the baby belly. Not sure what to do. What are the wraps you are talking about?
I had my little boy on the 5Th of this month, and already I've lost 20 off bat. I gained 44 throughout the whole thing though. Been drinking LOTS of water, and only water. Lost 5 just doing that in like 3 days. Hope anything you try works for you. I'm right there with you trying. My best friend has the wraps also I've seen some women talking about. She has it for her legs, waist and even arms. I think it cost her about $150 for all. She ordered them offline, so I'm sure you can Google it.
Yeah ive dropped a few more lbs. So im sorta getting there lol. Thanks for all the tips!!
Aloha all the way from Honolulu, HAWAII!!!~ My twin girls are two now, but I have been struggling with losing the so called "baby weight" till they were almost two. After having my own kids I found little time to shower let alone eat healthy and exercise. I've lost a total of 12 lbs.
I'm still breastfeeding my 1 year old son and started gaining back weight. I had to do something! I started doing the body by vi shakes. I never thought I would be successful at it but it's been really easy and they are awesome! They have non-gmo soy so they won't mess with your estrogen levels. They will also provide the vitamins and minerals for your milk if you're breastfeeding. You can order at www.slowens.bodybyvi.com . You can add fruit, a little peanut butter, ice cubes, low fat milk, anything you like. You can determine the calories in each shake by what you add to the base. Good luck!
i'm having a hard time to loose my weight too. After 10 months my belly still looks like there is a baby in it.Like all of you said we need to be patient.
