Hi everyone,
I took my little one to the doctor today. They took me in after hours, but it felt a little rushed so im still worried.
Doctor said it was just a virus and it would work itself out..
She has been having diarrhea once a day usually around 10pm for the past couple of days. little coughs here and there, and some sneezing. and a few times she throws up/spits up something resembling curdled milk. although the curdled milk spit ups are not new to her, she does that a lot. She also has a little diaper rash too.
So, I dont think that it is anything severe, no fever or anything either.
She is eating just fine and is not acting sick at all.
I just am not sure if I should give her pedialyte, since it isnt very frequent? Also, does it sound like an issue to anyone? I tend to freak out over everything, im a first time mom!
Anyway, nothing has really changed in her diet. She will only drink her formula (nothing else!) and she eats fruits and vegetables and we have never had a problem with it. The only thing different she has eaten recently is Gerber Stage 3 Turkey & Rice dinner.
Any thoughts/advice?
Thank you :)

My daughter had this same thing, diarrhea for a week even though she was feeling fine and running no fever. Turned out that it was the milk! Try changing her to soy formula for 3-5 days (watch for diarrhea to go away). My daughter had gotten the flu at the beginning of the week and this caused her to throw up all the enzymes her body needed to process the milk protein's! So then when the flu went away, her body didn't have time in between feedings to make those enzymes, so it would come out the other end instead! Also to help her stomach settle, try a "b.r.a.t.y" diet: banana, rice, applesauce, toast, and yogurt!
Hope she feels better soon!
